Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Custom orders may require additional production time depending on the design and order quantity.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days after processing.
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Bulk & Custom Orders

Bulk and fully customized orders may require additional production time. If your order requires extra processing, we will contact you with an estimated completion and shipping date.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Forged Horizon is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
