All Sales Are Final
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, all sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your custom order arrives damaged or defective, please contact within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement order.
Order Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to review and approve all order details prior to purchase.
